Hi,

My name is Tereza and I’m building Flecter because I grew up around a quiet lie:

That if you work hard, get good grades, and follow the system, you’ll eventually figure yourself out.

Most people don’t.

I’ve spent the last 12 years leading people and building products, and there’s one pattern I’ve seen over and over again: people grow the most when they finally see what they’re good at and start believing it themselves.

Helping people find their talents, and watching that spark appear in their eyes, has always been the part of my work I love the most. Flecter is my response to that.

I wanted to create a space where teenagers aren’t optimized, fixed, or evaluated. A place where strengths show up naturally, without instructions, grades, or someone telling them who they should be.

I believe teens deserve a chance to discover who they are before the world labels them.

Outside of work, I’m happiest doing things that have nothing to do with productivity: snowboarding and kiteboarding, playing guitar badly but enthusiastically, building Lego, getting competitive over board games, or playing beach volleyball until it’s too dark to see the ball.

I love math, psychology, and reading AI research papers and just as much, long conversations with my family, my partner, and close friends about life, choices, and what actually matters.

Flecter brings all of that together for me: curiosity, challenge, play, and care for people.

I’m not building Flecter to make teens “better.”

I’m building it so that I can see that spark.
